This wooden tissue box is done on the outside in a soft green water-based acrylic paint that has been distressed to show the darker green basic coat. On the inside its painted in the same soft green color with handmade of modelling- clay flowers on the lid.
The box is sandpapered to a soft sheen and is smooth to the touch and without any varnish to give it that old look and feel.
The box locks with bronze-colored nice and solid metal device in a sideways move.
